Ashland, KY (April 22, 2024) – The Rock The Country festival, held at Boyd County Fairgrounds in Ashland, Kentucky, exceeded all expectations. “We are thrilled with the overwhelming response to Rock The Country in Ashland,” said Nathan Baugh, Rock The Country Founder. “It’s incredible to see how our festival has resonated with the local community and attendees from across the region.”
The economic impact of Rock The Country was highly beneficial for the Ashland community. The influx of festival-goers benefited local businesses, generating $30 million in economic impact for the city. This further shows Rock The Country’s role in supporting small-town communities.
“I am incredibly proud of the teamwork shown by our City team and everyone involved in Rock the Country,” said Mayor Matt Perkins, Mayor of Ashland, KY. “It was a collaborative effort with our RTC event organizers, police, fire departments, and local and county officials all working together. This event was a huge success on many levels, and it truly showcased the strength and unity of our community. We’re excited about the positive impact it will have on our city moving forward and are already looking forward to next year’s event.”
Rock The Country aims to replicate its success in five remaining stops across the country.
